Access is limited to registered government agencies, credentialed law enforcement personnel, DOS-liaised international partners, and verified corrections special operations units. All gallery sessions are logged, watermarked to the accessing session, and monitored under an active chain-of-custody control.

All viewing is on-screen only — imagery is session-watermarked and traceable to the accessing session. Need a photograph for legitimate agency use? Photographs are available on request. All released photographs are subject to security censoring — redaction of faces, patches, venue identifiers, K9 identity, and any operational detail deemed non-releasable. Submit requests through the Duty Officer.
